This role shall be working directly within OniGroup and Google ANZ teams across some of the largest & most disruptive companies across the ANZ region to solve customer challenges utilising Google technologies which might involve occasional interstate travel.

Preferred Qualifications - the following qualifications are nice to have:

  • Experience delivering trainings and workshops in a technical field
  • Experience in providing support to customers in a technical field
  • Experience with Google Workspace (formally known as G Suite)
  • Experience with Linux, Windows system administration
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience of other Google products like Google Maps, Google Analytics


  • Assistance with pre-sales and post-sales activities including working on supporting document, integration, validation, testing, documentation and training (remote and onsite)
  • Assistance with the implementation of technical solutions (integration, documentation, testing)
  • Providing customer support (mainly for Google Workspace, but if needed also other product lines and services)
  • Google Workspace Customer Engagements (Migration - Deployments, Solution Reviews, Security Reviews, Enhancements)
  • Conducting regular training and enablement sessions with customers and internal team members
  • System administration (Windows/Linux) including provisioning and support operations for customers and internal infrastructure

This position is open to all with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical degree, who love to try new things, thrive on responsibility and want more than just a job but also the opportunity to be part of a fun and active team.
