We want an energetic  ‘go getter’ Administration Assistant to work on the day to day tasks within the company. This role will includes: 

  • Supporting and enabling the team across day to day administration tasks 
  • Generating and tracking Sales/Project Reports and maintenance of administrative systems (Salesforce CRM, Google consoles, etc..)
  • Scheduling of invoicing and payments across our regional customer portfolio (mainly across Southeast Asia)
  • General office admin e.g. handling mail and receiving deliveries, answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, handle basic enquiries and taking messages
  • Providing administration support to Sales Reps and Senior Management
  • Submission of claims and filing for admin and finance-related documents
  • Any other duties as assigned by Regional Lead
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
  • Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers
  • Arranging both internal and external events with marketing and Regional Lead

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in English and native-speaking across either Bahasa Indonesian, Mandarin, Vietnamese or Thai
  • Proficient with the use Google Workspace (formerly GSuite) tools or equivalent
  • Previous background across Customer Service, Data Entry, Event Planning, Event Management, Accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
