Required Technology Skills

The ideal candidate will possess all the skills below or is extremely keen in developing them in a rapid capacity:

  • Setup, Upgrades and continued maintenance of Event-based Analytics platforms within an Enterprise Environment
  • Preferred experience with analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Segment, Heap, Matomo, Adobe Analytics, Snowplow, Firebase
  • Preferred experience with Tag Management systems such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Management, Tealium
  • Able to write, understand, optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries in an attempt to resolve Analytics challenges
  • Preferred experience with Data Warehouses such as AWS Redshift, Snowflake and Google BigQuery
  • Experience with architecting, implementing, optimizing and troubleshooting Data Pipelines both for targeted resolutions and broader solutions at scale
  • Preferred experience in tools such as Google Data Fusion/Apache Airflow, Matillion, dbt, Luigi
  • Able to mockup and subsequently implement Dashboards or data visualisation requirements both for Internal and Client use cases
  • Preferred experience with data visualisation tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker, Mode, SiSense, Tableau

Ad-Tech Demand Side (Media Buyers)

  • Preferred experience in setting up and running or supporting Agency or In-House Trading Desks
  • Experience should entail auditing pre-existing setups and uplifting them to best practice
  • Setup and operationalisation of media campaigns (both) above and/or below the line incorporating media trends and offline data where applicable
  • Media and Market Mix Modelling vs Data-Driven Attribution (DDA) and Campaign Programme Architecture with multi-faceted ROI/ROAS

Ad-Tech Supply Side (Inventory Sellers)

  • Preferred experience in setting up and running Publisher and Data Services
  • Experience should entail auditing pre-existing setups and uplifting them to best practice
  • Key capabilities should cover Ad Revenue Yield optimization across Mobile and Web inventory, Audience Development, Complex inventory packaging
  • Added advantage include inventory packaging for new media eg: programmatic video and audio

Data Engineering/Integration

  • Preferred experience includes cross/hybrid-stack data integration for marketing, advertising or core data platform purposes including offline datasets and/or points of interest

Work and/or Operational Experience

  • Preferred (under)Graduate degree - Actuarial Studies, Statistics, Pure Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration/Analysis
  • Previous Cumulative Work Experience should be above 7 years with at least 3-4 years of hands on experience on any of the aforementioned required skill sets Experience operating in an agile data and analytics development process both internally and with Client Organisations
  • Previously set up or been an integral part of Data/Digital Analytics Center of Excellences (CoE) 
  • Vendor evaluation,contract negotiation etc
