You will be working directly for the OniGroup EMEA team, but also creating and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships throughout OniGroup globally. Your role will enable you to work with some of the largest & most disruptive companies in the EMEA region, to enhance their business using Google Cloud technologies.  



  • As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be a leading member of the growth team to drive and achieve group sales targets.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining executive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including key high profile customers. 
  • You will create business growth opportunities and work collaboratively with the OniGroup and Google teams to influence long-term strategic direction
  • You will be responsible for driving new business development and providing thought leadership
  • You will understand and manage complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level
  • You will be responsible for leading and driving opportunities through the entire business cycle, working with cross-functional teams as necessary
  • You will be responsible for ensuring consistent growth across the existing portfolio through tailored engagement methodologies
  • You will have the ability to plan, pitch, and execute long term sales strategies
  • You will have experience of establishing appropriate strategies that lead to the achievement of goals and targets


Minimum qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Senior Sales Consultant
  • Experience working in tech sales  - predominantly Cloud technology sales
  • A degree in Information Systems or BA is preferable 
  • Exceptional People Management skills -  preferably within sales teams
  • A proven track record in setting and hitting complex stretch targets 
  • A proven track record in key account management with a focus on growth & retention
  • Experience in managing complex customer projects and deployments to completion
  • Exceptional written and spoken business English
