With a focus on enabling customers to make better use of data, I'm fortunate enough to lead an extremely exciting, diverse and dispersed team that is both passionate and dedicated.
With a strong technical background and curious nature, my interest lies in how we make our customers succeed by leveraging cloud services. Having moved through the ranks and working with customers of all shapes and sizes I push the team to ensure they consider all angels.
With an amazing education and time in St Kieran’s College Kilkenny (the home of Hurling) to the phenomenal and nurturing environment of University of Limerick Ireland they have set me in good stead for a life in technology, business and leadership. While I have more than a decade of experience across the Google Technology stack, everyday is a school day at Oni.

Outside of work: From Football, to Rugby Union to AFL, if there is a ball involved I've either played it or am a passionate fan of if. But Nothing beats a game of hurling!
Martin leads Oni’s commercial strategy and teams globally. Managing Oni’s Cloud Consulting Business, Martin’s expertise lies in customer education and business impact consultancy to enable businesses for financial growth using technology.
Martin has a Bachelor of eBusiness @Macquarie University, Sydney. Specialises in business impact of advanced technology across logistics, delivery and e-commerce. Fully certified in Google Maps Platform, Google Cloud Platform, Google Analytics 360 and Google Workspace.
Martin speaks English, terrible French and is learning Italiano. He’s an AFL obsessed, Liverpool FC die hard, mixed with an old school comic nerd who has a passion for superheroes and Star Wars. Loves to run, cycle and keep fit. He’s been lucky to travel the world with his camera in hand and always has one more photo to take :)
Arabella has been a core member of the Oni team since 2010. With over a decade of experience across consulting and all Google technologies, Arabella oversees our engagements to ensure that they’re tailored to our customers' needs beyond.
Arabella has a Diploma in Marketing and Public Relations. In her spare time Arabella enjoys reading, dance and sports. And she loves, anything food related! Anything Food related, reading, dance and sports.
With over 9 years of experience in the tech industry, German leads our location based intelligence and business development team in the Middle East and North African markets.
His strong technical background coupled with his focus on building long lasting partnerships makes German the best facilitator across implementation of customer projects, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.
German has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Diploma in Professional Practice obtained from the University of Technology in Sydney. German speaks English & Spanish.
His interests and hobbies include endurance events - Triathlons / Cycling / Swimming, Movies, Travelling & FOOD!
Anthony leads a team of Work Transformation consultants across Australia and New Zealand. Together they help their clients transform and optimise their digital workflows with the innovative power of Google.
Anthony studied Commerce, Arts and Psychology at the University of New South Wales. He enjoys movies, music and the beach
Orkan leads our technical and support team across our EMEA region. With a passion for technology and an incredible ability to solve complex technical problems Orkan is perfectly placed to manage our large development and strategic customer projects.
Orkan comes from a big data background and has in depth experience and full certifications across all the Google technologies.
Orkan has a Master of Science, Computing, from The Manchester Metropolitan University and he's also a Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer.
Orkan speaks English, Turkish, Azerbaijan and Russian. His interests and hobbies include travelling, movies and gaming.
David leads our location services business and team across Australia and New Zealand. With a passion for innovative technology and how it can disrupt different markets, David engages with our entire customers portfolio to solve core location challenges and help them grow their business.
David studied Geography (BSc, Hons) at the University of Wales in Swansea. He enjoys travel, surfing and photography.
With over 20 years’ experience as a systems engineer and solutions architect, Marco leads our Infrastructure and Security teams globally.
Marco specialises in solving complex problems by designing advanced and innovative technology solutions to help our customers grow their business.
Marco is subject-matter expert for hybrid cloud architectures with a strong background in systems engineering and networking.
Marco speaks English and German.
Besides solving IT problems, Marco loves spending time with his family, skiing, playing tennis and soccer.
A Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) awarded B2B marketeer, Emanuela leads the OniGroup marketing team, digital services and campaigns globally.
Having joined Oni in 2019, her focus has been on building out the OniGroup brand identity and innovation campaigns to launch OniGroup solutions to new markets.
Emanuela graduated from La Sapienza University of Rome (Italy) in Cross Cultural Communication and Translations, with a focus on Islamic law and culture.
Emanuela is fluent in English, Italian, poco Espaniol and has worked extensively in Arabic too.
Besides Marketing, Emanuela loves music, dogs, cycling, food and wine!
Sebastian has several years of experience working in various fields focused on tech solutions and across multiple industries as an entrepreneurship mentor. His expertise lies in strategic planning, customer success enablement and scaling teams.
With a strong commercial background, he is always keen to connect with people from different backgrounds to formulate innovative solutions to capitalize on new business opportunities.
Sebastian holds a Master in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom and a Masters in Business Administrations from Toulouse Business School in France. Sebastian speaks Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
Sebastian is a certified scuba diver and wannabe skydiver. He loves to run, cycling, reading, traveling and eating.
With almost 20 years of working in technology, Ford leads our software engineering and development team to ensure they can provide outstanding technical consultation and customised solutions
Ford has a Bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His expertise lies in solution architecture and project delivery. Having been with Oni since 2013 Ford has an incredible knowledge across Google solutions and products: Google Search Appliance, Google Maps, Google Analytics & Google Cloud Platform to name a few.
Ford speaks Mandarin and English. His interests and hobbies include: Soccer, Fishing, Cooking.
Grace leads Oni’s people & culture strategy across APAC. Grace manages initiatives to promote employee engagement and wellbeing and those related to the employment journey at OniGroup.
Heading up learning and development, Grace ensures that our team have the right resources to succeed in their current roles, as well as being ready for the next Oni challenge.
Grace has a BA in Health Sciences (Health Sciences and Sociology). She speaks English, Arabic and French.
Grace's interests and hobbies include reading and learning about human behaviour and why people do what they do as well as yoga, socialising and travelling.
